Trial date set for Danville attorney Wolgamot
CHAMPAIGN – A jury trial has been scheduled for Sept. 22 for Danville attorney John "Pat" Wolgamot, who was indicted last year on federal charges of tax fraud conspiracy and helping to file false tax returns.
Wolgamot was indicted last year with two others on a superseding, or new, indictment on federal charges of tax fraud conspiracy and aiding and abetting filing of false tax returns.
