Rantoul man, 22, arraigned on drug charge after weekend arrest
URBANA – A Rantoul man was charged Monday with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance after a weekend arrest.
Christopher Foster, 22, who listed an address in the 1900 block of County Road 3000 N, failed to appear for arraignment court Monday after having posted bond over the weekend for his Friday arrest. However, he appeared Tuesday and Judge John Kennedy gave him a new bond of $100,000 and ordered him back in court Sept. 16.
