Man gets 21 years for selling crack
URBANA – A former Urbana man will spend the next 21 years in prison for selling crack cocaine.
U.S. Central District of Illinois Chief Judge Michael McCuskey on Monday sentenced Tony Rutherford, 32, who formerly lived in the 1100 block of Lanore Drive, to 25 years in prison. Under federal law, he will serve 85 percent of that time.
