Third of early tax filers haven't claimed phone tax refund

CHAMPAIGN – The Internal Revenue Service has at least $30 waiting for you if you bother to claim it.

Trouble is, about one-third of the early income-tax filers have overlooked – or chosen not to claim – the telephone tax refund and lost their opportunity for easy money.
