Mood at UI game mix of anger, sadness

CHAMPAIGN – Daniel Clark summed up in a heartfelt yet succinct way what many of the 16,000-plus fans at Sunday's University of Illinois basketball game were feeling.

"I wish they wouldn't get rid of the Chief," said the 20-year-old UI junior after watching the Chief perform the dance that has both endeared and offended legions.
