Nanotechnology laboratory at UI to get more room

URBANA – The University of Illinois lab for studying the very tiny will soon be 50 percent larger.

Nanotechnology will continue to study matter at the molecular level and life at the cellular, but the Micro and Nanotechnology Lab on the UI's Engineering Quad will be remodeled to try to keep ahead of changes in the fast-evolving field.
