Babies and their parents or caregivers are invited to "The Urbana Free Library" for "Babies' Lap Time" on Tuesdays, Nov. 3, 10, 17, and 24 from 9:45 - 10:15 a.m. to 10:30 - 11 a.m. This program of songs, books, and rhymes is for our youngest patrons, ages birth to 24 months, with an adult.
