4-H Day No gate fee between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. so you can buy lunch at the fair. Champaign-Urbana Optimist Youth Day, 1:30 to 4 p.m. Optimists gives one ride book to each child age 3-12 who come with a paying adult, while supplies last. Carnival opens at 5 p.m. World Championship Rodeo, 7 p.m.For more information:
