Would you like to know how to shop for healthy foods, what to look for when reading food labels, or how to select a ripe melon? Join Melissa Smith, RD, on a grocery store tour. Melissa will guide you through the store and give you great tips on how grocery shopping is a valuable tool for a healthy diet and lifestyle.
