Description:

The First Presbyterian Church of Urbana will be worshipping outdoors! The theme for the service will be "Waiting for Christ," a Sunday of Advent before we celebrate "Christmas in July" on July 19. We will sing some special music and enjoy sharing worship outside together. You may want to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on during the service. Following the service, we will have a picnic lunch in the adjacent air-conditioned and disabilities-accessible pavilion. Please bring your own table service and two passing dishes (a main dish and a side or dessert dish). If you need a ride or are willing to offer a ride, please meet in the church parking lot at 9:45 a.m. to arrange the car pools.
