Did you know Anita Purves Nature Center has live animals as part of the Field Station exhibits? Come meet them and check out the animal adoption program. This season's animals in the box turtle. Those "heroes in a half shell" aren't as slow as you think. Stop by to watch a turtle race, followed by turtle facts and crafts. Early Bird cost: $8 for a resident; $16 non resident. Cost: $11, resident; $22, non resident.
