For youth entering Kindergarten to 6th grad. Come experience and learn basic skills in a variety a sports for free. Take part in clinics that are free for kids and get a chance to register for youth sports that occur the entire year. Aug. 18-21 (Monday-Thursday): K-1st grade, 5 to 5:40 p.m.; 2nd-3rd grad, 5:40 to 6:20 p.m.; 4-6th grade, 6:20 to 7 p.m. Locations: Fitness and Family Center and McKinley Family Center gymnasiums. Monday, Aug. 18 - Football at Fitness and Family Center:. Skills taught: Throwing and catching. Tuesday, Aug. 19 - Basketball at Fitness and Family Center. Skills taught: Dribbling and shooting. Wednesday, Aug. 20 - Floor Hockey at McKinley Family Center. Skills taught: Shooting and passing. Thursday, Aug. 21 - Soccer at McKinley Family Center. Skills taught: Passing and shooting.
